Services: Many Bayrock owners do not live in the Dominican Republic full time, and require special services like full maintenance (bill payment, housekeeping, etc.). Bayrock is a lock-up-and-leave property and your condo is completely cared for in your absence.

Rental: Some of our owners opt to use their condos as vacation rental properties when they are not using them personally. A rental management service is provided to any owner who wishes to do so.
