If you visit Casa Linda and choose to proceed with the purchase of a villa or townhome, you will be reimbursed $1,300 US for your flights. If you have stayed in one of the rental villas during your property search, they will waive any rental fees as well.
During the course of your villa or townhome's construction, you are invited to stay with in a 2-bedroom villa for free. Most of our client's return at least once during construction to choose items for their new home like tile, cabinets, paint, curtains, order furniture, etc. It is Casa Linda's goal for our clients to feel at home, and are as accomodating as possible of all their needs, including providing them a place to stay for free while their new home is being built.
