6-10% Rental Guarantee

For 3-4 bedroom new villas, buyers will receive guaranteed rental income of 6-10% of the purchase price for the first two years of ownership. This percentage depends on which villa is purchased. This income will be paid monthly to owners.

• Rental income is generally higher than guaranteed amounts. Additional income (more than the guaranteed percentage) will be paid out as a lump sum in months 13 and 25 of ownership.
• Housekeeping/Garden/Pool care fees wil be waived under the guaranteed rental program
• Under the program, owners must make their villa available for Casa Linda to rent for the entire year. Owners that wish to stay in their villa will rent it at the standard nightly rates.
