Most of our buyers are still working in their home countries and will not move to the DR until retirement. Even then, they will still return to to Canada or the US for a few months per year to visit family and enjoy the summer months. Our clients are generally looking for property that they can use personally for 2-weeks to 6-months per year in the beginning of ownership. They want to know their properties are maintained and bills are paid through a full service management company; and often, that the property can generate income through rental.
The DR offers excellent real estate opportunities for holiday/retirement villas and condos, as well as for investment/rental properties . There is secure ownership with a similar title system to North America. Prices here in the DR are still reasonable, and there is a large community of Canadians and Americans who live here full and part time.
Who Are We? We are a group of Canadians who live and work in both the Dominican Republic and in Canada. We work with clients, often in Canada first to provide a thorough overview of the DR before they ever get on a plane to visit, and then in the DR to help them find the right property, provide mortgage financing if required, and ensure they feel at home in their new country. North American buyers generally have specific needs, and rarely plan to live full time in the DR.Some Highlights of What We Offer:
