A property needs to meet the following overall criteria:

The property pays for itself! 

    • The income generated covers all expenses (including financing charges if applicable). In other words, it delivers a positive cash flow

It delivers an acceptable rate of return.  

    • The property generates enough positive cash flow that delivers a reasonable rate of return on the money invested in the deal.

It can be managed easily

  • An effective property management solution is in place. As a foreign investor you need a truly hands off solution, while at the same time being confident your investment is managed effectively.
