As part of the Sosua Ocean Village resort development of villas and condos, their newest project:  Laguna City, consists of 27 condo buildings, divided into 9, 4-story groups with 513 studios and 1-bedroom apartments.

This unique development features a 26,000 m2 central island with flowers, plans, pools, bbq area and cafe bar.  Pedestrial bridges will connect the island to the condos.
