MORTGAGE FINANCING DEPOSIT STRUCTURE

60% downpayment the following way:

  • 30% upon building construction
  • 20% when 3rd level construction begins
  • Remaining 40% to be paid in monthly payments after paying the 60% downpayment.  Interest is 6% per year.  Three year amortization

All buyers that use the rental guarantee are limited to four weeks/year to use the property at a cost of $250/US per week.  This amount will be deducted from the $5,000.  In the first year the maximum amount of time the buyer can use the apartment is four weeks for the package to remain valid.

Clients with financing that plan to do rentals must make an agreement with Caribbean Team Management that will be in effect for the balance of the financing period.  The rental guarantee only will be handled by Caribbean Team Management under a separate contract.

The rental period for the $5,000 guarantee will not begin before the apartment is fully furnished during the first 6-months after the unit has been delivered.
